I exchenged yen to leva when I arrived in Sofia. 1 lev is about 60 yen. High yen rate is awesome.
市内にでるバスを寸でのところで逃したから、空港の警備のおっちゃんにきいたみた。
メトロをお勧めされた。強面だけどいい人だった。
I missed a bus which goes to city center so I asked an airport security. He recommended me to take Metro. He is a nice guy.

メトロで街の中心部（セルディカ）まで行こうと座ってると、向かいに座ってたおじいさんが「どこで降りるんだ？」って聞いてきた。どうやら、俺が降りる場所がわからないように見えたみたい。いい人が多そうな国でよかった。
On metro, an old man sitting in front of me asked me 'Where will you get off?'
I suppose he thought I didn't realize where I had to get off. I felt Bulgaria had a lot of kind people.
無事にセルディカで降りたけど、地上にでたら方向が分からない。
I got off at Serdica but I didn't realize direction on the ground.
さ迷ってるうちに、靴屋の店員に道を聞くことにした。
I was lost so I asked the clerk at the shoes shop.
めちゃめちゃ丁寧にいろいろ教えてくれた。
She told me the way to the hotel I stay.
途中の橋。この国ではこの橋の周りに中東からの難民がたむろしている。

日本円を両替しようと銀行へ。でも日本円は取り扱ってないんだって。ハンガリーとかセルビアでは両替できた銀行だったのに。よく三大通貨だって言うけど、そんなの日本人の自己満足に過ぎないんだな。
仕方ないから、両替屋で両替した。空港よりかはレートがよかった。

それからシナゴーグへ After that I went to Synagogue.
荷物のチェックをされた。いろいろあるんだな。
Security checked my bag. They have something reasons.
さっき道聞いた靴屋が近かったから、無事ホテルにたどり着いたってお礼言いに行った。
The shoes shop located near Synagogue so I went to the shop and gave my thank to her.
考古学博物館へ And I went to Archaeological Museum.
コインとか鎧とか展示してあって面白い。もっと時間かけてみたいところだった。

民族博物館と美術館へ I visited National Gallery.
同じ建物内にあるけど、チケットカウンターが違うから分かりにくい。
There are two museums. I had to buy tickets at two ticket office.
次に自然史博物館へ And I visited National Museum of Natural History.
物質の結晶みて、理系だからテンション上がったり、ヨーロッパバイソンの剥製みて大きさに驚いたり、猛禽類の剥製みて、並べてみるとフクロウも猛禽類なんだって思ったりした。
There are crystal of various materials and stuffed animals. The stuffed Europe Bison is very big. I was so excited.
ホテルに戻ろうと思って地下に入ったらセルディカの遺跡に出たからもう少し観光することに。On my way to the hotel, I got to Ancient Fortress Serdica so I was hanging around there.
地下鉄の駅を作ってる時に見つかったみたい。The fortress had been found under construction of the station.
聖ペトカ地下教会も見る I visited St. Petka Old Church.
内部には入れたけど奥までは入れなかった。
聖ゲオルギ教会へ St. George Church
大統領官邸とかのビルに囲まれてる。It is surrounded by the president palace and other buildings.
この日の最後に聖ネデリャ教会に行く。 And last I visited St.Nedelya Church.
混んでたけど、美しい教会だった。
It was packed but beautiful.
ホテルに戻る途中でアジア人の家族に道を聞かれた。ソフィアに来る前にマケドニアに行った話を聞いてマケドニアにも行きたくなった。
On my way to the hotel I was asked the way to Palace of Justice. They said that they had visited F.Y.R Macedonia before visiting Sofia. It made me to want to go to F.Y.R Macedonia.
